Maestro 4S/600, PCB separator

Maestro 4S separates your PCBs mounted in panels with V-grooves quickly and efficiently. Place the panel with the boards and align the V-groove along the linear blade. The distance between the linear and circular blade is adjusted via the control panel, and you can select how many times the upper blade should cut through the V-groove. Cutting at multiple levels significantly reduces stress on the laminate, and the cutting length can also be adjusted. Up to nine different programs can be saved for future use. The equipment is suitable for larger series sizes. The separation length is 600 mm, and it can handle component heights of up to 34 mm.
