Maestro 3E/450, PCB separator

The Maestro 3E separates PCBs mounted in panels with V-grooves quickly and smoothly. Place the panel and align the V-groove along the linear blade, then manually guide the circular blade through the groove to separate the boards. The distance between the linear and circular blades can be adjusted to an optimal setting to prevent laminate cracking and ensure gentle separation. The equipment is suitable for medium-sized production runs, and for high-volume applications the Maestro 4S is recommended.
