AXC 800 III Plus

The Scienscope AXC-800 III Plus makes inventory management and component counting faster, easier, and more accurate than ever. The Plus version features a conveyor and a three-axis robotic arm, enabling simultaneous loading, counting, and label placement. This reduces the cycle time to one third of traditional processes and eliminates incorrect label placement. The system is equipped with an integrated (enclosed) 50 kV microfocus X-ray source and supports reel sizes of 7”, 13”, and 15”. It can count components as small as 01005” and handles standard SMT and through-hole components, standard reels up to 15” in diameter, cut tapes, components inside ESD bags, JEDEC trays, and BGA balls. An internal barcode reader with a software interface for 1D/2D scanning is included, along with support for automatic label printing via a heavy-duty Zebra label printer. The three-axis robotic arm accurately places the label in the correct position on the reel.
