AXC-800 III

The Scienscope AXC-800 III makes inventory management and component counting faster, easier, and more accurate than ever. Simply place component reels in the machine, close the door, and counting begins automatically. The system features an integrated (enclosed) 50 kV microfocus X-ray source and supports reel sizes of 7”, 13”, and 15”. It can count components as small as 01005” and handles standard SMT and through-hole components, standard reels up to 15” in diameter, cut tapes, components inside ESD bags, JEDEC trays, and BGA balls. An internal barcode reader is included, with a software interface for 1D/2D scanning and support for automatic label printing of barcodes and component counts (label printer optional).
