Field service kit

The field service kit is a portable ESD-protected area (EPA) designed for service work in the field. The kit includes a multi-layer dissipative vinyl mat, a 1.5-meter grounding cord with an alligator clip, and an adjustable textile wrist strap with a coiled cord. The mat features two large pockets for safe storage of items such as circuit boards during transport, as well as for the wrist strap and grounding connection. The service kit is supplied in a red dissipative storage pouch with two pockets and complies with IEC 61340-5-1 requirements. The dissipative mat measures 650 × 600 mm and has a typical resistance to ground (Rgp) of 10⁶–10⁷ ohms, providing reliable protection for ESD-sensitive components.
