Shielding bubble film is a transparent, aluminum-metallized protective material that combines mechanical shock protection with effective protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD). The film consists of air-filled bubbles that absorb shocks, vibrations, and scratches, while the shielding barrier dissipates static charges and protects sensitive electronic components. It is weldable, amine-free, and can easily be cut or customized to fit products of various sizes and shapes. The film provides electrostatic shielding with E < 10 nJ, is marked with the product name, ESD symbol, recycling symbol, and batch number, and has a typical surface resistivity Rs of 10⁹–10¹⁰ ohms for both inner and outer layers. It meets the requirements of the IEC 61340-5-1 standard.
