Ionizing Air Gun TG3

The TopGun 3 Ionizing Air Gun is designed for rapid and efficient neutralization of static electricity, providing reliable ESD protection during the cleaning of components and surfaces. Its ergonomic and lightweight design ensures comfortable handling, while a built-in outlet filter provides clean air during use. The flow control valve, together with electrical activation of both ionization and airflow, allows precise and easy operation. The unit features an ionization indicator and delivers self-balancing AC ionization to ±15 V with low residual voltage. Ozone generation is minimal, only 0.001 ppm measured 450 mm in front of the nozzle, making the TopGun 3 ideal for electronics and cleanroom applications. It operates on 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.05 A and connects via a 1/4" (1/8") hose fitting. Air pressure is adjustable up to 7 bar, and the standard hose length is 2.1 m. The replaceable filter allows easy cleaning, and the flexible air gun with an adjustable neck complies with IEC 61340-5-1 and provides rapid static charge elimination.
