The Orion Ionising Air Gun is a compact, high-performance unit designed to quickly neutralize static charges while providing efficient cleaning of surfaces and components. It is intended for use in electronic and cleanroom manufacturing and requires an air pressure supply between 1 and 6.8 bar. The unit features variable airflow and ensures minimal ozone production, only 0.001 ppm measured 45 cm in front of the device.

Constructed from dissipative polycarbonate/ABS with a dissipative polyurethane connecting cable, the Air Gun applies ionization voltage only when air is flowing and is inherently balanced to ±15 V using AC technology. It comes with a replaceable 0.01 µm filter and is remote-controlled with electrical activation for seamless integration into production lines. The controller measures 132 × 85 × 164 mm, and the flexible design allows for easy installation and reliable ESD protection in sensitive manufacturing environments.
