The Orion Ionising Air Gun is a compact and powerful ionization unit designed to rapidly neutralize static electricity while effectively cleaning surfaces and components. It is developed for use in the electronics and cleanroom industries and intended for fixed installation along production lines. The unit features a quick-connect, replaceable 0.01 µ filter that ensures absolutely clean air and simplifies maintenance. Remote electrical activation via foot pedal, a flexible hose, mounting bracket, and a lightweight, flexible air gun with an adjustable neck enable easy and ergonomic integration into the work environment. The Orion Air Gun utilizes Steady-State DC ionization with self-balancing to ±15 V, providing fast and reliable static charge elimination. It complies with IEC 61340-5-1 and meets cleanroom Class 4 requirements according to ISO 14644-1. Operating pressure ranges from 1 to 6.8 bar, with a maximum pressure of 7 bar. The unit connects via a 1/4" (1/8") hose fitting and operates on a 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.05 A power supply.
