IronMan Plus is a continuous workstation monitor that provides real-time control and a level of safety that periodic testing cannot match.

The system continuously measures ground resistance for both the wrist strap and work surface, issuing instant alarms if resistance rises or contact is lost. Body Voltage Monitoring checks the operator’s or circuit board’s voltage, while EOS detection identifies overvoltage events from tools. Alarm limits can be adjusted between 0 and ±5 V. A digital millivolt-level test signal ensures maximum safety for sensitive electronics.

Continuous monitoring enables immediate response, removes the need for manual testing, and ensures full oversight of both operator and workstation. The system meets ANSI/ESD S20.20 and ESD TR12-01 requirements and is suitable for any environment handling ESD-sensitive components, including electronics assembly, semiconductor manufacturing, repair, medical applications, and the military and aerospace sectors.
