Charged plate monitor, CPM35
CPM 35 is a handheld measuring device for the fully automatic checking of ionizers at the ESD workstation or in machines. Measuring of the positive and negative discharges as well as the offset voltages. The device can also be used to periodically measure body voltages (Walking Test).
