SEHO PowerWave

The modular design of Seho PowerWave provides an ideal solution for a wide range of production requirements and allows seamless integration into existing fully automated production lines. The system features high-performance preheating and is available with a preheating length of either 1200 mm or 1800 mm. Depending on production needs, PowerWave can be equipped with a chain or finger conveyor for direct PCB handling, or with a solder frame conveyor. The soldering area, the core of the machine, is designed with a high degree of flexibility to handle all relevant soldering operations. Modern and innovative geometric solder nozzles ensure consistently high soldering quality. The system features an outstanding and compact machine design and supports soldering with local nitrogen supply. The HVLP spray fluxer provides a clear and reproducible spray pattern while reducing flux consumption. The powerful and variable preheating zone can be configured with quartz, IR, and convection modules. The individually configurable soldering area is ideally suited for lead-free applications and supports updated technology for single or dual solder nozzles. With a soldering width of 400 mm, optimized throughput via a segmented conveyor, a roll-out solder pot with integrated exhaust system, fast and simple programming, and monitoring of all relevant machine functions, PowerWave ensures efficient operation with minimal maintenance requirements.
