SEHO PowerWave N2

Seho PowerWave N2 is a wave soldering system designed for medium to high production volumes and is suitable for both leaded and lead-free processes. The machine features a closed stainless-steel tunnel system that ensures a stable nitrogen atmosphere with low nitrogen consumption. Lateral insulation provides high energy efficiency and reduced operating costs. The HVLP spray fluxer delivers a precise and reproducible spray pattern, including at board edges, while significantly reducing flux consumption. The preheating zone, with an active length of 1800 mm, can be configured with IR, quartz, and convection modules to meet specific production requirements. Modern wave formers provide high flexibility in the soldering area and ensure consistently high soldering quality. The system includes automatic nozzle height adjustment, optimized throughput with two separate conveyor segments, and a choice of LRT conveyor for solder frames or finger conveyor for direct handling of PCBs and carriers. User-friendly touchscreen programming, comprehensive monitoring of all machine functions, and an efficient process gas cleaning system ensure low maintenance requirements and high operational reliability.
