GoWave is a powerful and versatile soldering system suitable for a wide range of applications, from basic mass soldering to small and medium batch production.The innovative nozzle concept makes GoWave ideal for almost all soldering tasks, and for demanding applications the system can be equipped with a local nitrogen supply in the soldering area. The machine features a compact yet performance-oriented design, combining a flux module, efficient preheating, an innovative soldering area, and microprocessor control. This makes GoWave one of the most advanced soldering systems in its class. High soldering quality is ensured through the innovative nozzle design and optional local nitrogen supply. The HVLP spray fluxer provides a clear and reproducible spray pattern with reduced flux consumption. The preheating area uses IR heating covered with ceramic glass and a reflection tunnel for optimal energy efficiency. The soldering width is 340 mm, and the conveyor angle is adjustable between 6° and 8°. Full control of the solder wave and conveyor speed, monitoring of all machine functions, MIS in accordance with ISO 9001 ff, user-friendly programming, and low maintenance requirements ensure reliable and efficient operation.
