StartSelective is the perfect plug-and-produce selective soldering system for those who want to start automated soldering immediately. The system comes fully equipped for instant production and features a thoughtfully designed machine with a focus on user-friendliness and advanced technical capabilities. The standalone unit handles assemblies up to 508 x 508 mm while requiring minimal floor space, as all operation is from the front and installation and maintenance are performed from the right side. Precision is ensured with an exact micro drop jet fluxer with automatic function control, innovative pulsed preheaters on the bottom, and temperature-controlled IR preheaters from above. The electromagnetic soldering unit with quickly replaceable mini-wave soldering nozzles provides maximum flexibility, and the 7° soldering angle allows ideal drag-off and perfect soldering results. The solder nozzles are maintenance-free with virtually unlimited lifetime, and the process is fully automated with 100% offline programming from all PC workstations, ensuring maximum machine availability and production capacity.
