The SEHO SelectLine-C selective soldering system is designed for soldering THT components in a continuous pass-through process, where assemblies move sequentially through the fluxing, preheating, and soldering stations. Throughout all processing steps, each assembly remains in a fixed position to ensure stable and repeatable results.

The system provides exceptional flexibility with its advanced creative-axis fluxer and modular Twin-Select soldering unit. It can be expanded at any time with additional modules, including the C-model, making it adaptable and future-proof. The electromagnetic soldering module ensures outstanding soldering quality, while SEHO’s patented Synchro concept enables the highest possible throughput rates.The SelectLine-C is engineered for maximum machine uptime and process reliability. Patented ultrasonic cleaning for solder nozzles enhances stability and reduces maintenance. Comprehensive process control is available from A, as in AOI, to Z, as in Z-height management, providing 100% process reliability. Dynamic precision is achieved through highly accurate axis systems that ensure exact positioning of all workstations. Programming is efficient thanks to an offline teach program with live-view control. The soldering area is easily accessible, and the system is fully ready for integration into Industry 4.0 environments.
