SEHO PowerSelective features an outstanding modular machine design that ensures the highest flexibility. The base system can be ideally configured to meet various specific production requirements. Depending on your application, PowerSelective can be equipped with an inline conveyor for integration into a fully automatic production line or with a batch feeding module for standalone operation and implementation of lean production concepts. A highly precise system with dual portal axes with servo drive ensures accurate and reliable placement of the units at the different workstations with a positioning accuracy of ±0.1 mm. The gripper unit is equipped with a rotating and tilting function to achieve an ideal soldering angle even when processing extremely challenging assemblies. PowerSelective offers everything in one: maximum flexibility, top soldering quality, and absolutely reproducible soldering results. The modular system fits into any production concept, and the high-precision portal provides maximum flexibility. It has a wide range of applications, including dip soldering processes, miniwave soldering, or conventional wave soldering. Multiple soldering units can be integrated into a single machine, wet or dry solder nozzles can be used, and the gripper’s rotating and tilting function enables ideal solder drawing. Automatic process control with built-in AOI system, flow control, and many additional functions ensures quality, while solder waves with contactless wave height control and nitrogen introduction deliver the best possible soldering results and highest reliability. The machine offers maximum availability with quickly exchangeable solder nozzles and on-the-fly maintenance.
