The SEHO LeanSelect Vapor Face soldering machine is ideal for series production, prototypes, and near-production qualification. Designed for today’s electronics manufacturing, where flexibility and rapid adaptation to varying product variants are critical, LeanSelect provides high efficiency and an outstanding return on investment. The soldering process is fully automated, while loading and unloading of units is performed manually on two separate transport systems, enabling up to five carriers to be processed simultaneously. Workstations are arranged in a counterclockwise U-shape, following Lean Equipment Design guidelines, ensuring maximum productivity with a minimal footprint of only 2.5 m². LeanSelect offers high flexibility and performance with an electromagnetic soldering unit featuring a miniwave nozzle or multi-nozzle soldering tool. The system is energy-efficient, utilizing only one axis for positioning the fluxer and soldering unit, while fluxing and preheating processes are precise and reproducible. Patented automated ultrasonic cleaning of solder nozzles, 100% process control, and efficient online or offline programming ensure reliable production.
