The reflow soldering systems from SMT Wertheim deliver maximum efficiency and high production throughput with consistently stable soldering quality and can be complemented with advanced vacuum technology. With continuously adjustable fan units and an innovative heating zone concept, the airflow can be precisely optimized to create a process-adapted soldering profile that remains flexible for different products without requiring changes to temperature settings. SMT’s reflow ovens are known for long service life and strong process stability, with accurate nitrogen control using an integrated lambda sensor and continuous real-time measurement of residual oxygen levels. The systems also feature a maintenance-free process cleaning system, advanced protective software for true process control, and fan units that remain gas-tight and maintenance-free for more than ten years.
