The Scienscope Reel Smart Lite is a high-resolution barcode camera system that uses an image-based algorithm to read all types of barcodes, even those with defects. The system features a short cycle time, optimizes operator workload, and enables automatic data entry into ERP systems. Reel Smart Lite offers free MES and ERP integration and provides full traceability through UID labeling. The system supports reel sizes of 7”, 10”, and 15”, is compatible with unloaders, and includes integrated OCR for enhanced identification and verification.
