Benchtop Coating/Dispensing System Sigma.

The Sigma Benchtop is a compact three-axis robot ideal for automating a variety of dispensing and coating projects. With multiple application heads, different materials and techniques can be used within the same process. Programs can be remotely controlled and quickly uploaded from an external computer via Sigma’s built-in 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Sigma combines PVA’s superior quality and global support in a flexible, multifunctional robot that ensures total repeatability in the manufacturing process. The system offers numerous options and integrated features, including a 5-inch touch interface with Wi-Fi connectivity, offline G-code programming, an enclosed work area with safety interlock, single or dual valve mounting positions, and a standard jig plate mounting surface.
