Delta 8

The Delta 8 is a flexible robotic conformal coating and dispensing system, ideal for selective coating, potting, bead, and meter-mix dispensing applications. Designed for maximum flexibility, the system can also be configured for custom assembly applications. Maintaining the preferred features of previous workcells, the Delta 8 features a robust overhead three-axis motion platform suitable for both inline and batch operations. Improved structural and gantry rigidity enhance robustness and provide easier access. The system offers numerous options and integrated features, including a patented servo-controlled optional four-axis motion with valve tilt and rotation, closed-loop process control throughout the gantry, the ability to handle multiple dispensing applications or materials in a single cell, an onboard PC for unlimited program storage, and exclusive PVA programming software designed specifically for the Delta 8.
