For more than 30years ESD-Center and MB Tech have been supporting the PCBA industry in Northern Europe with their cleaning process. Over the time period we have built up a solid and wide installation base together. The demand for cleaning is increasing primarily due to higher requirements for reliability and that PCB’s are used in harsh environments where conformal coating is needed for protection. Together with MB Tech we offer a range of machines for stencil, PCBA/device and maintenance cleaning. Depending on your needs and requirements we have a suitable solution.

Stencil; N29SA4 which more or less has become the “Industry standard” within our territory, N29Auto full automatic and N29HV where through put and capacity is a key factor.

PCBA/Device: NC25 cleaning and defluxing system with incomparable cleaning results thanks to the spray under immersion technology and patented filter system. The closed loop contributes to a low TCO and an environmentally friendly process. The heated drying chamber combined with vacuum make sure that the PCBA/device is completely dried and ready for next process step and/or shipment immediately after leaving the machine.

Maintenance: MC200 build with a large basket for cleaning of solder pallets, flux traps, filter boxes etc. The MC20 also has a closed loop system and is very easy-to-use and achieves good cleaning results in short cycle time.
