BR Voss in Borås invests in an advanced Vapor Phase Asscon VP6100 with vacuum!

Through the investment in an Asscon VP6100 with vacuum, BR Voss takes a clear step toward market-leading solder process technology, higher quality, and increased production reliability. The machine is based on Vapor Phase Technology, one of the most controlled and gentle methods for thermal processing in modern electronics manufacturing. The temperature can never exceed the boiling point of the vapor, which provides extremely even and precise temperature control across the entire board and ensures high and repeatable process quality - even for complex and thermally demanding designs. The integrated vacuum function also contributes to improved process results and fewer voids.

The machine was delivered and installed by ESD-Center, whose experienced technicians also handled a smooth installation process and training for both operators and technical staff. This allowed BR Voss to quickly get up and running and fully benefit from the technology’s capacity and the machine’s capabilities.
